We also receive basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and browser type) for security and spam prevention.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to:

  • Understand your financing need and respond to you
  • Match your deal to lenders whose programs may fit
  • Request quotes and terms from those lenders on your behalf
  • Maintain records of our communications with you

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with third-party lenders and capital partners we believe may be a fit for your specific request, and only as needed to obtain quotes and arrange financing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Financial Information

Because some of what you share relates to your finances, we treat it as confidential and share it only with prospective lenders for the purpose of arranging the financing you requested. We never ask for full Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, or card details through this website - if a lender needs those, you will provide them directly to that lender through the lender's own secure system.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses minimal cookies needed for it to function. If we add analytics (for example, to understand which pages are useful), we will use it only in aggregate and will update this policy. We do not use your form submissions for advertising.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to work on your financing and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
